By making a purchase or submitting a Subscription Plan registration form and submitting my payment or form by clicking any submit button on any form on this Site you acknowledge that you have reviewed fully the information herein, and you consent to electronically complete, sign, and receive documents relating to your information request, Subscription Plan purchase or Membership Agreement with SavingsXL during both this session and any future sessions relating to your business interaction with SavingsXL. Additionally, you consent to receive in electronic form the following: (i) communications relating to your requests, forms, Membership Agreement and terms, and further interaction with SavingsXL’s Site, Client Portal or fulfillment services or third party service providers; (ii) notices of actions taken required by law; and (iii) notices of your rights under applicable laws, which may also be posted on our Site.
