Roadside assistance will give you the peace of mind you need, whether you are traveling around town or on a cross-country road trip. Any car owned, leased, or borrowed by a member will be covered. 

WHAT SERVICES ARE COVERED 

Towing 
When your vehicle is disabled due to mechanical breakdown, towing will be arranged to the nearest service facility of your choice up to the service expense equivalent of $50.00. Any additional expense is the responsibility of the member and is not reimbursable. Towing is limited to commercial service facilities only. Tows to personal residences are not covered. 

Winching 
If your vehicle is stuck in a ditch, mud, or snow and accessible from a normally traveled road, service will be provided to either tow or winch the vehicle. Coverage is limited to $50.00; any expense beyond this limit is the responsibility of the member and is not reimbursable. 

Fuel Delivery 
An emergency supply of fuel will be delivered when urgently needed. The cost of the fuel is the responsibility of the member and is not reimbursable. 

Battery Service 
Battery jump-start service is available, including at the member’s residence. 

Flat Tire Assistance 
A flat tire will be replaced with the member’s usable spare. If a spare is not available or two tires are disabled, towing will be provided up to a maximum of $50.00 per event in accordance with towing provisions. 

Lock-Out Service 
If keys are locked inside the vehicle, assistance will be provided to gain entry. If keys are lost, a mobile locksmith will be dispatched, and up to $50.00 will be applied toward the service call. Any costs above the stated limit are the responsibility of the member and are not reimbursable. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • All service providers are independent contractors. Liability for vehicle damage, personal items, or injuries must be addressed directly with the servicing facility.

    • Parts, labor, repairs, or materials associated with services must be authorized and paid for by the member.

    • Service is available 24/7 with live dispatch support.

    • Members are eligible for a maximum of three service calls per 12-month membership period.

    • Coverage applies to private-use, self-propelled four-wheeled vehicles, trucks, and SUVs up to one-ton (2,000 lbs) carrying capacity.

    • Each service call is limited to a maximum of $100.00 in covered assistance.

Roadside Assistance Excludes:

    • Service if the member is not present at the disabled vehicle

    • Transportation for the member after roadside service is completed

    • Vehicle storage charges

    • Cost of parts, installation, additional labor, or impound fees

    • Service for commercial vehicles or those using dealer tags

    • Service to illegally parked or impounded vehicles

    • Repeated calls for a vehicle needing routine maintenance

    • Towing due to accidents, impounds, or to non-service locations
